Faites torr\u00e9fier le cumin, la coriandre et les feuilles de laurier dans une po\u00eale, \u00e0 sec, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils d\u00e9gagent leur parfum. Mettez-les dans le bocal.<\/p>\n<p>3. Ajoutez les carottes \u00e9pluch\u00e9es et taill\u00e9es en rondelles (ou en b\u00e2tonnets).<\/p>\n<p>4. Faites chauffer le vinaigre avec 3 dl d\u2019eau, le sucre et du sel. Quand tout est bien dissous, versez le liquide bouillant sur les carottes (tr\u00e8s important : elles doivent \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement immerg\u00e9es).<\/p>\n<p>5. Fermez, laissez refroidir, puis mettez au frigo et attendez si possible 1 semaine avant de les d\u00e9guster (ou minimum 24 h).<\/p>\n<p>6.
