The name &#8216;hashweh&#8217; means stuffing in Arabic, and although it&#8217;s often served as a stuffing it can also be enjoyed on its own. We&#8217;ve made ours with Tilda Pure Basmati Rice and spiced lamb, but it would also work with beef.
